European Parliament Elections are an increasingly important moment for the European Union and its Member States. They constitute one of the largest global democratic events, and are observed with ever greater interest and attention by all institutional actors, inside and outside the Union. This book, which aspires to be a study of European constitutional law, holds together the contributions of influential constitutionalists and younger researchers from different schools and different Italian universities.
